In a raw material warehouse, sticker label printing plays an important role in ensuring accurate inventory tracking, traceability, and efficient warehouse operations. The process usually begins when raw materials arrive from suppliers. Warehouse staff first inspect the received items and verify details such as supplier name, batch number, quantity, manufacturing date, and expiry date.


After verification, the information is entered into the warehouse management or label printing system. The system then generates a sticker label containing important details such as item code, material description, batch number, barcode, QR code, and receiving date. These labels are printed instantly using industrial barcode label printers.



Once printed, the sticker labels are attached to the raw material containers, cartons, pallets, or bags. This allows warehouse operators and production staff to quickly identify materials during storage, stock transfer, picking, and production issuing processes. Barcode scanning also helps reduce manual data entry errors and improves inventory accuracy.



The labeled raw materials are then arranged in designated warehouse locations according to storage rules such as FIFO (First In First Out) or FEFO (First Expired First Out). During stock movement, staff can scan the labels to update inventory records automatically in real time.
