Shipping or warehouse department: Barcode labelling: Each car part is labelled with a unique barcode. The barcode contains information about the part, such as its part number, manufacturer, and production date. Just use the AGen to scan and print the same barcode before you deliver the car to your customer for fast data capture and recording.
Assemblies line Scanning: As each car part moves down the assembly line, it is scanned by a barcode scanner. The scanner reads the barcode and records the information in a database then duplicate a recording barcode with portable printer.
QC or QA department Verification: The scanned information is then compared to the specifications for that part. If the information matches the specifications, the part is approved for use. If the information does not match, the part is rejected and replaced. AGen help you to print the fail and pass sticker together with the car serial number.
Audit department Documentation: The information about each part that passes quality control is recorded in AGen database or other documentation system.
