This is the first question the sales team will ask you. If you are using GC420, we recommend you to use ZD230 as replacement which is more popular in Malaysia compare ZD220
For GT800 printers possible to be replace with ZD230 and GT800 300dpi will be able to be replace with ZD420 300dpi.
