Before you plan for your printer selection, ask yourself a question, where are you going to place the printer? Do you have enough space and do you need to move around the printer at your work space? Do you have any mobile warehouse in your organisation and do you have any event required to bring the printer along to facilitate in your work flow?
Mobile label printer allow you to print label any place any
time, the disadvantage for the mobile printer is it only print on direct
thermal label surface.
Desktop printer can be a substitute for mobile printing on
moving chart. It has been widely used by certain industrial where by labeling
on the wheel is applied.
Industrial grade barcode printer is only recommended for
station fix printing due to its size and weight.
