How to use zebra ZT610 printer to print out electronic PCB board bar code label sticker and serial number
Printing label for Zebra ZT610 is as easy as 1 2 3.
Today we would like to explain how to print out electronic PCB board label sticker and serial number.
1) Justify the suitable size and material for the label sticker. Choose the matching ribbon for the printing (wax/wax resin/full resin).
Remark : Recommended for thermal transfer printing method because it is more durable and long lasting to place in the PCB Board.
2) Design the label using label designing software. Recommended Zebra Designer / Autotrack Label Design.
Remark : If the label size is very small for example 20 X 20mm QR/Data matrix bar code; its recommended to use 600 DPI model.
Please talk to us if you have special request on the connectivity and designing in the software.
3) Connect the printer to the computer. Start designing the preferred label that can be place on the PCB board.
Make sure the label alignment is set correctly based on the label size and start printing.
Remark : Label alignment need to be set matching from the printer management and in the label designer software.
Remember the label and the ribbon need to place correctly.
